2025 ARGUS Scholarship Winner - Vladislav Prisacaru
NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area is proud to recognize the 2025 recipients of the ARGUS Certification Scholarship, a program that supports emerging professionals from underrepresented backgrounds in gaining vital skills in financial modeling and real estate analysis.
This month, we are featuring Vladislav Prisacaru. Vladislav is a senior at the University of California, San Diego, majoring in Real Estate and Development with a minor in Finance. This summer, he is interning with First Washington Realty, where he supports leasing and investment acDviDes across the firm’s retail real estate porGolio. AIer graduaDon, he hopes to begin his career in commercial real estate as an analyst in brokerage or acquisiDons. Originally from Moldova, Vlad brings a global perspecDve and a strong interest in how real estate can shape communiDes and enhance quality of life through inclusive development. He is excited about the opportunity to learn ARGUS and looks forward to joining the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area chapter to connect with like-minded professionals in the industry.
