About the Program
YPG is a 12-month education, networking, and leadership development program designed for commercial real estate professionals 35 years old or younger.
Participants engage in:

Monthly in-person sessions covering leadership development, professional skills, and industry education

An immersive kickoff retreat designed to build relationships and lay the foundation for success

Mentorship and access to senior industry leaders who share real-world insights and guidance

A tight-knit peer network that continues long after the program concludes
How to Apply
Interested candidates must submit:

✔️ A signed Program Commitment Agreement

Important Reminders:

You must be 35 years old or younger as of December 31, 2025.

You must be a current NAIOP SFBA member or have a membership application submitted by the time of acceptance.

Attendance at the Kickoff Retreat (August 15–17, 2025) and all monthly sessions is mandatory for graduation.
