About the Site – Prescott, West Oakland

Prescott is a transformative 120,000-square-foot innovation campus in West Oakland, developed by SRM Partners. Spanning seven revitalized industrial buildings, the project is designed to support a dynamic mix of food tech, robotics, R&D, and light manufacturing tenants. Prescott blends modern infrastructure with the area’s industrial past, aiming to drive economic growth and foster local community connections.

At the heart of the campus is the Prescott Market Hall, a 12,000-square-foot food hall housed in a beautifully restored 1923 brick-and-timber building. This inviting public space offers a variety of dining options and serves as a vibrant gathering hub for the neighborhood.

Prescott is rooted in community engagement, with ongoing initiatives like the West Oakland Farmers Market and Night Market contributing to the revitalization of the area and supporting local entrepreneurs.
