Join the San Francisco Bay Chapter of NAIOP to view the newest commercial and multi-family real estate properties like you’ve never done before - aboard the historic USS Potomac. Originally serving as President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s Presidential Yacht, this is your opportunity to use “The Floating White House” and get a 365° view of what’s popping up along the Bay.

Our tour begins with checking out the score at the Giant’s vs. Pirates game from McCovey Cove. Then on to Chase Center and Mission Bay, Pier 70, Dog Patch, Power Station and India Basin where you’ll hear behind-the-scenes details from the deal makers.

Don’t miss this first of its kind Bay cruise with insider deal specifications, open bar and hors d'oeuvres.
