Real Estate Insider: Exploring The Brady Block
Date: –
Event Details:
A rare look inside one of San Francisco’s most innovative mixed-income housing developments.
Join NAIOP SFBA for a panel discussion and guided property tour of The Brady Block—a landmark collaboration between Strada Investment Group, HomeRise, organized labor, and public-sector financing partners. This program brings together the leaders behind the project to explore how market-rate development, permanent supportive housing, and historic rehabilitation were integrated into one cohesive micro-community built directly above the BART tunnel.
The session will feature insights from
• Janea Jackson, CEO, HomeRise
• William Goodman, Principal, Strada Investment Group
• Daniel Simons, Principal, David Baker Architects
Following the panel, attendees will tour both residential components of the Brady Block—one market-rate and one affordable supportive housing—located side-by-side in the heart of San Francisco’s Hub district.
