Swift Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce an exciting opening for an Investment Analyst to join our Investments team at our corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

POSITION OVERVIEW
In Swift’s fast-paced environment, you will be involved with acquisitions, asset management, financial analysis, and fund-level strategy. This is a dynamic position in an entrepreneurial and thriving environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities may include, but would not be limited to:
• Preparing financial analyses for existing and prospective real estate investments including discounted cash flow analysis, market research, property due diligence, and other applicable analysis;
• Participating in the presentation of investment recommendations to investment committee;
• Modeling cash flows and partnership structures to determine risk and return;
• Managing the potential investments pipeline database;
• Supporting all aspects of asset management and investment process including business plan development, reporting, and exit strategy planning and execution;
• Developing strong knowledge of local real estate market, owners and investors, and;
• Actively participating in investment sales, leasing brokerage, and lending communities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated interest or experience in real estate analysis and/or investment firm, business valuation modeling, merger, acquisition and divesture deal participation
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Financial modeling skills including DCF and waterfall analysis
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• ARGUS experience preferred
