NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area is proud to recognize the 2025 recipients of the ARGUS Certification Scholarship, a program that supports emerging professionals from underrepresented backgrounds in gaining vital skills in financial modeling and real estate analysis.
This month, we are featuring, Branden Fox. Branden is an incoming senior at San Francisco State University, where he is completing a degree in Business with a concentration in Finance. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Branden has always been drawn to and surrounded by the world of Business. His interest in commercial real estate deepened during a year-long fellowship with CREATE at SF State last year, where he discovered a strong passion for asset management and commercial redevelopment. That experience, alongside the mentorship and industry exposure, solidified his desire to pursue a career focused on revitalizing and managing real estate assets that serve both business and community needs.
As a recipient of the NAIOP Argus Enterprise Certification Scholarship, Branden plans to leverage his training to pursue an analyst role at a leading CRE firm—ideally one involved in healthcare or hospitality development. He is particularly interested in and inspired by helping organizations identify their present or future visions to create environments where people desire to show up and make positive impacts, innovations, and acquisitions. With a clear focus and a solid foundation, Branden is eager to take the next steps in his career and make meaningful contributions to the future of commercial real estate!
