The NAIOP SFBA ARGUS Scholarship is now accepting applications. For many aspiring commercial real estate professionals, ARGUS Enterprise certification is an important step toward a career in acquisitions, asset management, and real estate analysis. NAIOP SFBA created this scholarship to help remove the cost barrier and provide recipients with access to the training, industry connections, and support needed to get started.
The deadline to apply is June 30, 2026
Scholarship Recipients will receive:
- Access to the online, on-demand ARGUS Software Certification (ASC) – Enterprise Bundle, valued at $1,350
- One year of NAIOP SFBA membership
- A mentorship meeting with an industry professional based on your career goals
- Access to an ARGUS expert who leads a top San Francisco brokerage analytics team and real estate finance training program
- Participation in a welcome meeting in July and a check-in meeting in the Fall
- Recognition in the NAIOP SFBA newsletter and website
- The opportunity to collaborate with fellow recipients in a self-guided ARGUS study group
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible, applicants must be seeking or currently employed in the real estate industry, not have access to ARGUS training through their employer, be located in or planning to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area, and have access to a Windows computer to complete the training.
Application Requirements

- Personal Statement (600-750 words maximum):
- Why you are pursuing a career in commercial real estate
- Where your interest lies within the commercial real estate industry, career plans
- How this scholarship would help you attain your professional goals
- Resume
- Letter of recommendation/character reference
Applicants will be contacted the week of July 6th, following the application deadline. NAIOP leadership may request a brief phone interview with finalist candidates.
