NAIOP SFBA recently celebrated the graduation of YPG Class 12, recognizing a year of leadership development, industry education, and professional growth.
Over the past 10 months, participants engaged in leadership workshops, speaker sessions, networking events, and collaborative learning experiences designed to strengthen their skills and expand their industry connections.
A highlight of the program was the annual Capstone Project, where teams presented solutions to a real-world development challenge. Congratulations to this year's Capstone Project winners and recipients of the Wayne Strom Cup:
