The sixth cohort of the NAIOP Executive Development (NED) Program recently gathered at The Lodge at Tiburon for the program’s Kick-Off Retreat, marking the start of a transformative six-month leadership journey.
Facilitated by Dr. Julie Chesley and Dr. Terri Egan, the retreat challenged participants to step away from the demands of daily work and focus on self-awareness, leadership development, and personal growth. Through interactive discussions, reflection exercises, and peer learning, cohort members began building the foundation for the relationships and leadership skills they will continue to develop throughout the program.
Over the coming months, participants will engage in workshops, coaching, and immersive retreats designed to strengthen their ability to lead with greater clarity, resilience, and impact.
