2025 ARGUS Scholarship Winner - Mariana Samayoa
NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area is proud to recognize the 2025 recipients of the ARGUS Certification Scholarship, a program that supports emerging professionals from underrepresented backgrounds in gaining vital skills in financial modeling and real estate analysis.
Mariana Samayoa is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Fellow in the CREATE 2.0 Program. With a long-standing interest in commercial real estate, she began her career at BMG Remodeling to gain hands-on experience in the built environment and deepen her understanding of residential remodeling, overseeing projects from planning to execution and working closely with contractors and clients. Now focused on asset management and acquisitions, Mariana is exceptionally grateful to have received this opportunity and eager to strengthen her technical skills, particularly in ARGUS.
