2024 ARGUS Scholarship Winner - Shawn Backus
Shawn Backus has worked in commercial real estate for the past two years. He began his career in sales and leasing at NAI Northern California, where he worked on multifamily and industrial deals. Currently, he is a Tenant Coordinator at Hudson Pacific Properties in San Francisco, CA, where his responsibilities include asset management and fostering tenant relationships.
Shawn's interests in acquisitions and his desire to make a meaningful impact drove him to apply for the Argus Certification Scholarship.
In his free time, Shawn enjoys playing basketball, reading, and traveling. He is excited to be a part of the NAIOP SFBA Chapter and looks forward to the opportunities it brings.
