2024 ARGUS Scholarship Winner - Stacy Skillern-Pryor
Stacy Skillern-Pryor is a graduate from Georgetown University with a Masters degree in Real Estate (MPRE). She also holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Interdisciplinary Professional Studies from Colorado State University and is presently a Project REAP Alumni from ULI.
Throughout her academic journey, she has developed a solid foundation in real estate law, accounting, finance, market evaluation, development and construction project management. She presently works for Nuveen Real Estate and enjoys working on Analyst projects in acquisitions, asset management, dispositions, and investment governance.
Stacy is also a proud member of the Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. - Iota Beta Sigma Chapter in Silicon Valley where she enjoys giving back to the community, supporting young adults in higher education, and sisterhood.
She is honored to receive this opportunity to learn ARGUS and is excited to join the NAIOP SFBA Chapter.
