On October 1st, we hosted an insightful event at the Dawn Club in San Francisco, exclusively for our NAIOP members and sponsors, focusing on the implications of the upcoming elections for the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. Lobbyists Chris Gruwell from New Deal Advisors and Matthew Hargrove from the California Business Properties Association (CBPA) provided attendees with crucial insights into the ballot measures that could significantly impact CRE stakeholders.
