We are pleased to announce that 35 participants have just completed the Chapter’s Young Professionals Group, a year-long program for personal and professional development. Many will be joining other graduates on the YPG Alumni committee, which takes an active role in coordinating curriculum and activities for the next class, as well as helping to recruit future participants.

At the close of each year, the YPG class is divided into teams tasked with presenting mock proposals for a chosen development site. This year’s site was Pier 3, The Cowell Theater, and The Firehouse Fort Mason and the winning team was Will Cliff - Colliers International, Diana Cohen - BlackRock Real Assets, Aaron Gillespie - Newmark Knight Frank, Don Hameed - Fremont Realty Capital, and Nicolas Romano - Chamberlin Associates.
