Isaac Abid
Partner, HP Investors
Isaac Abid is a founding partner with HP Investors, a West Coast owner/operator launched in 2010 in San Diego. Mr. Abid opened the firm’s Bay Area office in 2014, and is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and business plan execution of its Northern California portfolio. The firm’s portfolio includes over 60 office, retail/mixed-use, industrial, and medical office assets.
Prior to joining HP Investors, Mr. Abid was a manager with AIG’s Global Real Estate group in San Francisco, with previous experience at The LeFrak Organization in New York City.
Mr. Abid holds an MBA and MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University, and a BA from UCLA.
