We're advocating for our members at the federal, state, local and provincial levels on issues of mortgage forbearance, suspension of credit rating downgrades, eviction moratoriums, bridge-loan funding and others as they arise, ensuring that policymakers understand the vital role our industry plays in economic stability. For our chapter leaders, we've created an up-to-date compilation of governmental actions in their markets. We have an important seat at the table as policymakers craft their responses.
We're working with our chapters, meeting with chapter leaders on weekly calls to discuss new strategies for operations and programming as part of our commitment to sustaining the level of service you expect from NAIOP.
