Raising A Toast to YPG Class 11
NAIOP SFBA proudly celebrated the graduation of Young Professionals Group (YPG) Class 11 with a special dinner on July 9th, honoring the dedication and growth of this outstanding cohort. Over the past 10 months, participants engaged in a rigorous professional development program that included monthly sessions on real estate finance, development, design, and leadership—beginning with a kickoff retreat in Tiburon last September.
Throughout the program, class members demonstrated a deep commitment to learning, collaboration, and leadership. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and the strong connections they’ve built within the commercial real estate community.
The evening also featured the announcement of this year’s Capstone Project winners and recipients of the Wayne Strom Cup—congratulations to Team MILKS Development:
