Entitlement/Development Associate or Associate Director (depending on experience)

The focus of this position will be to help manage all aspects of the development process including budgeting, site/zoning diligence, architectural design, site engineering, offsite improvements, community outreach, CEQA/City approvals, and construction across the company’s various office, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects. The goal is to grow this individual into a Development Manager/ Project Lead in the relative near term; managing and driving all aspects of the deal execution from start to finish.
