Join us for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Panel featuring insights from top debt capital providers actively lending across all property types—including office.

We’ll kick off the program with a special presentation by Luis Belmonte, Founding Partner of Seven Hills Properties, about the brief history and current outlook on the San Francisco leasing market. Then we'll hear directly from industry leaders on what’s getting financed, what’s not, and how lenders are approaching deals with complexity in today’s challenging environment.

Keynote with Luis Belmonte: Luis Belmonte is a founding partner of Seven Hills Properties and former Executive Vice President and among the founders of AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis), where he managed development and assets in the Western US, Mexico. He was previously a partner with Lincoln Property Company, developing 18 million square feet of industrial space. A US Navy veteran who served in Vietnam, Luis holds a BA from Santa Clara University with graduate studies at Chicago and UC Berkeley. He has held leadership positions with ULI and NAIOP, served on nonprofit boards, and is the author of Get Rich Slowly: Invest in Real Estate and Real Estate 101.
