Join NAIOP San Francisco for the 30th Annual Real Estate Challenge, Thursday, April 25th as Cal faces off against Stanford for the coveted Golden Shovel. The teams will each present a proposal for the development of San Jose's Regional Water Facility - 159 acres of north of Highway 237 at Zanker Road, designated for a mix of uses, including Office/R&D, Light Industrial, Retail Commercial and combined Industrial/Commercial.
