You’re invited to register for NAIOP SFBA’s webinar, California’s 2022 Legislative Outlook. During the webinar, Matthew Hargrove, the current California Business Properties Association President and CEO, will review California’s political outlook for the upcoming year. You will learn about the many propositions that may be on the state ballot later this year, including a return of the split roll tax, as well as a proposition that our industry supports, the Taxpayers Protection Act.
Matthew Hargrove has worked in and around the California State Capitol since 1992. In December 2021, he was named the President and CEO of the California Business Properties Association.
