One of the main reasons people are loyal to companies is because they feel their career growth is invested in. In this interactive workshop you’ll learn how to structure a career conversation, what questions to ask, how to set goals and tips on how to follow up.

Our workshops are highly interactive. The content grounds 'why the skill matters' with research, teaches easy-to-apply frameworks, allows for practice and ensures actionable takeaways for each participant. The agendas are designed to use real-life examples, maximize learning, and create lasting habit-based practices for the future.

Open to commercial real estate professionals of all levels, this program will give individuals a set of tools (frameworks, vocabulary, and community) to grow communication skills and navigate career growth.
