NAIOP SF Bay Area Chapter is pleased to invite you to a special interactive training we'll be holding with Paradigm on October 18th. A wealth of research supports the value of designing inclusive organizational cultures where people can be their authentic selves and do their best work. When people don’t feel this way, they typically do one of two things: either they leave the organization, or they cover up their differences and try to assimilate. As a result, organizations miss out on important perspectives, social network potential, and creativity. While everyone can and should contribute to creating an inclusive culture, leaders have a uniquely important role to play.

In this training, we’ll explore the science behind inclusive leadership, and talk about how to promote inclusion using the four pillars of Paradigm's Inclusive Leadership Framework: (1) Objectivity, (2) Belonging, (3) Voice, and (4) Growth. Building an inclusive culture is a priority for us at NAIOP, so we're looking forward to having everyone engage in this topic.
