An Insider’s Look at the Challenges and Opportunities Behind the Bay Area’s Largest Industrial Project
 
Ever wish you could have X-ray vision into a deal? Join us as the development, real estate, architecture and contractor teams involved with the Pacific Commons South project discuss the challenges and opportunities in front of them as they near the half-way point in the construction of the Bay Area’s largest industrial project. This behind-the-scenes look at the project will include a tour of the live construction site—so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear as described below. This is a joint event between the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley Chapters.
 
Attire: This is an active construction site so Personal Protective Equipment is required and will be provided for you. Please wear appropriate clothing (e.g., jeans) and sturdy, closed-toe footwear as we will be walking throughout the site on varying terrain.
 
Box lunch will be provided.
