Drew Hess, Senior Vice President, Northern California and Seattle, Duke Realty
As Regional Senior Vice President, Drew is responsible for overseeing the company’s existing properties in Northern California and Seattle and growing its portfolio in these markets through new development and investment opportunities. A 20-year commercial real estate veteran, Drew joined Duke Realty after serving as Regional Director and Market Leader for another national REIT, responsible for expanding its portfolio in the Bay Area, Central Valley and Seattle. His experience also includes working for three other large companies with real estate investments in the western United States. During his tenure with these companies, he led more than $3.6 billion in transactions.
Darren Kenney, SVP Investment Officer, Prologis
Darren Kenney is a SVP, Investment Officer in the West Region. In his role, he is responsible for all capital deployment activities including acquisitions, redevelopment and development of industrial product. Darren joined Prologis in 2008 as a Capital Deployment analyst underwriting transactions in Europe and Asia. In 2010, he joined the West Region where he currently focuses on sourcing and managing opportunities in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. In addition, Darren previously grew the Prologis portfolio in Seattle and Portland. Darren has lead the companies Urban Infill Investment Strategy in select markets. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and is a Bay Area native. He is an active golf member of the Olympic Club of San Francisco.
Nicole Welch, Senior Vice President, Clarion Partners LLC
Nicole Welch, Senior Vice President and Asset Manager - Industrial Group, Clarion Partners
Nicole Welch is a Senior Vice President and Asset Manager with the Industrial Group at Clarion Partners. She is responsible for managing the Western region totaling over 45 million sq. ft. Nicole was previously with JLL for 9 years as a broker focused on big box industrial in Southern California. Nicole joined Clarion Partners in 2017 and has been working in the real estate industry since 2004. Nicole is a National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) member.
Greg Woolway, Vice President, Acquisitions, Bridge Development Partners
Greg Woolway joined Bridge Development Partners in 2016 and directs the firm’s acquisition activities in the Inland Empire and Northern California. In both markets, he leads all aspects of the development process, specifically including acquisition, leasing, and disposition. Prior to Bridge, Greg spent nine years involved in acquisitions, development, and management of industrial and office projects throughout Southern California. Greg has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Policy and Development from the University of Southern California. Greg has his California Real Estate Brokers License and is a member of the NAIOP Inland Empire and San Francisco Bay Area Chapters. Greg is also a Board Member of the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy Alumni Association.

Rebecca Perlmutter Finkel, Executive Vice President, CBRE
Rebecca Perlmutter Finkel joined the team of Darla Longo and Barbara Emmons in 2007 and specializes in the disposition of industrial properties throughout the Western United States on behalf of institutional and private clients. In the past seven years, Rebecca has been involved in $11.2 billion worth of real estate transactions totaling over 122 MSF. Prior to joining CBRE, Rebecca was the Senior Acquisitions Associate at KB Home’s Urban division. Rebecca was also an investment Banker at Wells Fargo Securities for four years focusing on equity and debt offerings as well as M&A. Rebecca graduated from UC San Diego with a major in Economics and has her MBA from UCLA with an emphasis on real estate. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), one of the most well respected investment designations in the world.
