NAIOP SFBA Industrial & Multifamily Boat Tour
All aboard the USS Potomac for the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Industrial & Multifamily Boat Tour on Thursday, September 22, 2022! Our tour will begin in Oakland’s Jack London Square and will pass through the Port of Oakland, around Treasure Island, and back again, as we take a Bay view of and hear about the most storied industrial and multi-family real estate properties popping up along the Bay. Participants will enjoy an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, and will get a chance to tour “The Floating Whitehouse”, as the USS Potomac served as Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s Presidential Yacht until his death in 1945.

FAQs
- How do I catch the boat? While we are only offering one boarding location at Jack London Square, attendees can easily make their way over from San Francisco by first hopping on the SF-Oakland Ferry. The ferry departs regularly from the Ferry Building on Embarcadero and drops you off right next to the USS Potomac's dock in Oakland. The ferry schedule can be accessed here. Plenty of parking is available in the parking area at Embarcadero West and Clay Street or in the Jack London Square Garage. Parking fees are the responsibility of the individual.
