Peninsula Innovation Point is a project by Lane Partners in Burlingame, CA. The project consists of 537,000 SF of office among three buildings, and a separate parking structure. Two of the buildings have already been built and the third, totaling 261,000 SF, was entitled in October 2021. The building will be LEED Gold or better and will contain enhanced infrastructure for lab use. Lane Partners purchased the existing campus, located on 12.8 acres, in June 2021. Construction on the new building commenced in March of 2022 and is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2024. Meta signed a lease for the entire campus in November 2021, and the project won the San Francisco Business Times Deal of the Year Award in that same year.

Lane Partners was formed in January of 2006 for the purposes of acquiring, developing, and managing institutional quality real estate throughout Northern California. The expertise of the company lies in the ability to add value in a very cost-effective way including physical rehabilitations, lease up and re-structuring, entitlements and general repositioning of assets. Currently, Lane Partners has over nine million square feet under development, almost entirely in the Bay Area.
