Join NAIOP SFBA for the next installment of the Real Estate Insider Series featuring a panel discussion and site tour focused on the opportunities and challenges of redeveloping San Francisco’s historic pier projects.
Using Piers 38–40 as a case study, Port of San Francisco leaders and the project’s development partner will explore:
- The history and current status of pier redevelopment
- Concept overview and key challenges
- Integration with nearby Port projects
- Alignment with the Waterfront Resilience Program
- Future opportunities and next steps
