Industrial Breakfast at the Cal Memorial Stadium, University Club
On October 9, 2014, the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter hosted another successful East Bay Industry Breakfast, Industrial Investment Trends for Northern California & the East Bay I-880 Corridor at the Cal Memorial Stadium, University Club.
Moderated by Tyler Higgins, Managing Partner, Orchard Partners, discussed how tenant and buyer demand for industrial is escalating and how new development is rapidly on the rise.
