NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is accepting applications to join a committee for the coming year starting in August-September of each year. Any current member of the Chapter may apply to join a committee during this period by submitting the application form below. Applicants will be notified in October about whether they have been selected to serve on a committee. Due to the limited number of seats available, not all applicants may be selected. Questions? Plan and implements a wide variety of programs focused on providing educational, social and networking opportunities for our membership. Sub-committees include: Multi-Family, Real Estate Insider (REI), Industrial, Behind the Scenes, and major annual events such as Best of the Bay Awards and the Real Estate Challenge.

Help shape our chapter's government affairs activities through legislative contacts, educating our membership on the legislation that affects our industry, and liaising with NAIOP’s Bay Area, Sacramento and D.C. lobbyists.

The I.D.E.A. committee ensures that the Chapter's Diversity Mission Statement is considered in all organization activities, actions, and decisions, and develop related educational programs or resources where needs are identified.

Engagement & Connectivity
