NAIOP SFBA YPG 2025-2026 Employer Endorsement Form
Your employee is applying for admission to the 2025-2026 class of the Young Professionals Group (YPG), a highly selective, 12-month, 70-hour education, networking, and leadership program offered through the NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
Program Overview
The YPG program is designed to provide:
✔️ Educational Sessions – Monthly four-hour sessions (2:00 - 6:00 PM) covering a broad range of real estate disciplines, including acquisitions, development, capital markets, asset management, and construction. Sessions alternate between personal and professional development training taught by a course facilitator and real estate-focused lectures led by industry leaders.
✔️ Networking & Peer Development – Participants build a strong industry peer network, fostering professional relationships that will continue throughout their careers.
✔️ Mentorship & Industry Access – Participants gain exposure to key decision-makers in commercial real estate, who serve as career coaches, role models, and mentors.
✔️ Leadership Training – Participants develop critical business skills necessary for leadership roles within their firms and the industry as a whole.
Program Commitment
In addition to scheduled class sessions, participants are expected to dedicate several hours per month outside of normal business hours for case studies and assignments.
The program begins with a mandatory orientation and team-building retreat on September 15-17, 2025. Full attendance is required.
