NAIOP SFBA YPG 2025-2026 Recommendation Form
Thank you for providing a recommendation for an applicant to the Young Professionals Group (YPG) 2025-2026 program. YPG is a highly selective, 12-month leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of commercial real estate professionals through education, networking, and mentorship.
As part of this application process, please upload a cover letter addressing the following:

Candidate’s Qualifications: Briefly describe why you believe the applicant would be a valuable contributor to the YPG program and how they would benefit from participation.

Leadership & Character Assessment: Share any personal knowledge you have of the applicant’s leadership abilities, work ethic, and personal and professional integrity.

Professional Potential: Highlight any specific skills, experiences, or attributes that set the applicant apart and make them a strong candidate for this program.
All recommendations must be submitted by April 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM PST.
