ARGUS Scholarship Winner - Brenda Guerrero Barajas
We are thrilled to announce the winners of our ARGUS Scholarship and will be introducing them over the next few issues of the newsletter.
Brenda Guerrero Barajas is a graduate from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Brenda was part of the Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE) that educates a diverse workforce and connects career-ready candidates to employers in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry. She was also part of the CREATE 2.0 a workshop designed to give a deeper understanding of commercial real estate. Her interests are commercial property valuations, cash flow forecasting and developing valuation models. In her free time, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
She is thrilled to receive this opportunity and is excited to be a part of NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
