ARGUS Scholarship Winner - Cynthia Gong
We are thrilled to announce the winners of our ARGUS Scholarship and will be introducing them over the next few issues of the newsletter.
Cynthia is a recent graduate from UCLA with a Bachelor's in Statistics and Data Science as well as a minor in Digital Humanities. Born and raised in the Bay Area, her interest in real estate developed after witnessing the impact of the real estate boom on the people and communities around her.
In the past Cynthia has interned with Goldman Sachs Asset Management in their Real Estate Loans group as well as with Link Logistics on their Asset Management team. She looks forward to pursuing a career in real estate acquisitions and asset management with a focus on community development and affordable housing.
In her free time, she enjoys ceramics, taking care of her houseplants, learning how to play golf, and going to live music events. She is grateful for this opportunity to learn ARGUS and is thrilled to be a part of the NAIOP SFBA chapter.
