ARGUS Scholarship Winner - Kaayla Nehmadi
We are thrilled to announce the winners of our ARGUS Scholarship and will be introducing them over the next few issues of the newsletter.
Kaayla is an undergraduate student at UC Berkeley pursuing a dual degree in Business and Psychology. Since her freshman year, she’s been heavily involved with the Undergraduate Real Estate Club where she organizes events for the student body to learn about the industry. She also helps facilitate the Introduction to Real Estate Investing DeCal, a credited class in UC Berkeley’s City Planning Department.
This past summer, she worked with Hines as a Summer Analyst in their Los Angeles office, gaining exposure to development, acquisitions, and asset management. In her free time, Kaayla enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing tennis and backgammon. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn ARGUS and excited to join NAIOP SFBA this year.
