Join NAIOP SFBA for our San Francisco Capital Markets Update & Outlook on Wednesday, November 8th, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Sarah Dennis Phillips, Executive Director of the Office of Economic and Workforce Development of the City of San Francisco will kick-off the event with a Keynote Presentation on the efforts and key initiatives underway at City Hall. She’ll then be followed by Jay Cheng, Principal Officer of Neighbors for a Better SF, who will provide thoughts on how the real estate industry can support the revitalization of downtown and what Neighbors for a Better SF is doing from a political perspective.

An informative panel discussion will follow with an esteemed group of commercial real estate professionals, including Nick Azrack at The Baupost Group, Melinda Ellis Evers, Ellis Partners, Carl Shannon at Tishman Speyer and our moderator, Stephen Van Dusen, Eastdil Secured to review the San Francisco Bay Area in the context of the current Capital Markets and their 2024 Outlook.
