Oakland’s Skyline has changed with the addition of 601 City Center, the first commercial high-rise in downtown. This 600,000 SF, Class A, LEED GOLD (anticipated), building originally licked off in 2008 but due to the economic downturn the project was postponed until it restarted in 2017 and opened it’s doors this month. Come learn the challenges, successes and modification needed to open the doors after 10 years.
The tour will conclude with a networking happy hour located at Penelope (corner of Clay & 11th Street, Oakland, 94607).
