Event Details:

Take this opportunity to develop important business skills with this educational session hosted by NAIOP SFBA.

This workshop will focus on, “Mastering Difficult Conversations”. Most of us don’t look forward to tough conversations and some of us avoid them at all costs. In this interactive workshop you will learn a simple model that will help you plan any tricky conversation and deliver what you want to say with confidence.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore what gets in your way of having a difficult conversation - whether it's to a manager, peer, stakeholder, or direct report.
  • Learn a simple model to structure the conversation from a place of being both kind and direct.
  • Practice outlining and delivering a real-life conversation so you feel more confident having difficult conversations outside of the classroom.

Who should attend?

Open to commercial real estate professionals of all levels, this program will give individuals a set of tools (frameworks, vocabulary, and community) to grow communication skills and navigate career growth. The content we’ll cover is backed with research, teaches easy-to-apply frameworks, allows for practice and ensures actionable takeaways for each of you.
