Join the Multi-Family Committee on a tour of The Presidio Landmark on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Tour will be followed by a happy hour.
The Presidio Landmark is an adaptive reuse of a six-story, 220,000-square-foot historic marine hospital, the largest historic landmark in the Presidio National Park, into 154 high-end rental apartments. The LEED Gold-certified community features 154 high-end rental apartments and offers the opportunity to live in a sustainable building in the middle of a national park, next to trails, beaches and a golf course, steps from the excitement of San Francisco. The property was developed through a public-private partnership with the The Presidio Trust, which manages the 1,500-acre Presidio of San Francisco and its conversion from military post to park.
