Don’t miss your chance to get a look at the latest developments in the life science sector, all while reconnecting with your NAIOP SFBA colleagues! Join NAIOP SFBA and Blue Rise Ventures for an afternoon of refreshing drinks, great food, and an up close look at The Research Park at Marina Village. Participants will get a personal tour of Life Science lab spaces, specialized build outs for Food Tech, CRISPR gene editing, materials Sciences, and therapeutic labs. Afterwards, the group will meet up at the beautiful and historic Encinal Yacht Club to enjoy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and networking with breathtaking views of the Oakland Estuary, Downtown Oakland, and Downtown San Francisco. Bring your walking shoes and join us for a great day along the bay!

- Departure: Pick up at San Francisco, Pier 1.5 at 2:15pm sharp (3:00pm estimated arrival to Alameda)
- Return: Pick up at Gate 10 (Slip Q33) in Alameda at 5:45pm sharp (6:15pm estimated arrival to San Francisco)
