ABOUT THIS POSITION

Assist the Leasing Manager at The Mills Building in San Francisco in leasing and marketing efforts to help lease small office spaces by creating and maintaining a small space marketing program.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with the VP/Asset Management and the Leasing Director at The Mills Building, prepare an outline of specif ic marketing techniques that can be applied to the small suite marketing program, then develop a plan for creating and executing the recommendations. Avenues to be explored include:

  • Creating an Instagram page advertising small suite spaces
  • Post spaces on Facebook, Craigslist, Loopnet, Co-Star, Crexi, Commercial Edge, and AIR/Catalyst
  • Explore Google Ads and other methods for The Mills Building to popup f irst when small office spaces are searched in the Financial District
  • Create specif ic marketing f lyers for small suites using Adobe and Canva
  • Update The Mills Building website to include small suites
  • Explore local psychology, law schools, and other avenues for potential tenants that might be interested in a small suite
  • Develop a list of local medical buildings that the Leasing Manager can use to cold call prospective tenants (especially that house psychologists or therapists)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently attending or recent graduate from college or a graduate degree program
  • Experience with Google Ad words and Analytics preferred
  • Previous experience with creating Instagram pages
  • Previous experience with Adobe and Canva
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
