Nicolas Zepeda is an emerging asset management professional who is passionate about leadership. He recently graduated from San Francisco State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and landed his first career position as Property Associate at JLL.
Patrick Fisher is a commercial real estate operator and developer who enjoys creating value for investors and improving communities. In 2015, fueled by these two passions, Fisher founded Lift Partners (Lift), a full-service real estate investment company focused on the adaptive re-use and value-add repositioning of industrial and office product.
On September 24-26th, the Young Professionals Group (YPG) kicked-off the 8th class with a weekend long Retreat at the Doubletree Berkeley Marina.
NAIOP SFBA held its 15th Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, October 11th at the Claremont Country Club. The event, which was the first large-scale in person event the chapter has held since the pre-pandemic times, was a sell-out with over 100 people in attendance.

We are pleased to announce that 33 participants graduated from the YPG program. Through a pandemic, our 2020 Young Professionals Group (YPG) participants stayed connected via Zoom and were finally able to complete the program this past August.
