Cynthia is a recent graduate from UCLA with a Bachelor's in Statistics and Data Science as well as a minor in Digital Humanities. Born and raised in the Bay Area, her interest in real estate developed after witnessing the impact of the real estate boom on the people and communities around her.
Joseph Yu is a Harvard University Master in Real Estate Candidate that is expected to graduate in June 2024.
Prior to Harvard, Joseph graduated from UCLA with Cum Laude Honors and began his real estate career with Cresa as a Project Coordinator supporting Tenant Improvement and Landlord CAPEX projects. As a trusted Owner's representative, Joseph helped manage a $3 million renovation of a 3-story commercial building and a $17 million creative office development. He also value-engineered construction plans and negotiated various consultant contracts to achieve budget goals.

Christina Sutton (she/her/hers) (PMP, PMI-ACP) founded O'thentik Designs, an interior design boutique firm based in Oakland, CA. Christina is a planner and project and program management professional with experience in private, public, and non-profit urban planning, policy, real estate, and economic development sectors. She has managed and contributed to numerous housing and community development projects on a local and global scale.

Yesterday marked a momentous occasion as the Young Professionals Group (YPG) program celebrated the graduation of Class 9!
Earlier this month, Class 3 of the NAIOP SFBA Executive Development Program (NED) kicked-off their program with a 3-day intensive Retreat in Tiburon, where they met fellow participants, instructors and began their journey with the personal and professional development curriculum. The cohort will continue to meet over the coming 6-months including 2 more overnight retreats and 3 skill building workshops, along with virtual check-ins.
