Christina Sutton (she/her/hers) (PMP, PMI-ACP)  founded O'thentik Designs, an interior design boutique firm based in Oakland, CA. Christina is a planner and project and program management professional with experience in private, public, and non-profit urban planning, policy, real estate, and economic development sectors. She has managed and contributed to numerous housing and community development projects on a local and global scale.

Yesterday marked a momentous occasion as the Young Professionals Group (YPG) program celebrated the graduation of Class 9!

Earlier this month, Class 3 of the NAIOP SFBA Executive Development Program (NED) kicked-off their program with a 3-day intensive Retreat in Tiburon, where they met fellow participants, instructors and began their journey with the personal and professional development curriculum. The cohort will continue to meet over the coming 6-months including 2 more overnight retreats and 3 skill building workshops, along with virtual check-ins.

NAIOP, the commercial Real Estate Development Association, has announced that Priyanka Kakoti and Serena Lousich are recipients of its annual Diversity Student Scholarship. The scholarship program supports students who are pursing a degree in commercial real estate and is a key component of the associations' pledge to advance diversity in the industry.

NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (NAIOP SFBA) the premiere commercial real estate development association is proud to announce that the Cal team, Berkeley Real Estate Group, has won the organization’s 34th Annual Real Estate Challenge.

NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is offering its third annual scholarship program for ARGUS Enterprise* Software Certification through the NAIOP Center for Education. We are providing this scholarship to support women and underrepresented minorities to initiate or further their careers in commercial real estate.
