NAIOP, the commercial Real Estate Development Association, has announced that Priyanka Kakoti and Serena Lousich are recipients of its annual Diversity Student Scholarship. The scholarship program supports students who are pursing a degree in commercial real estate and is a key component of the associations' pledge to advance diversity in the industry.

Mayor London N. Breed and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) today announced an updated 1X California pilot program to offer express bus service between Downtown and the Richmond District beginning February 21, 2023.
Increasing reliable transit service, protected bike lanes, and safer streets and sidewalks will bring more people to and through Downtown. New transit lanes installed on California, Clay and Sacramento streets have made travel times on the local 1 California 11% quicker, and the 1X California will provide an even faster ride from the Richmond to the Financial District.

NAIOP SFBA is proud to announce the graduation of Class 2 of the NAIOP Executive Development Program on December 8, 2022. The intensive program concluded with a final overnight Retreat in Berkeley with instructors Julie Chesley and Terri Egan.
