A vibrant leader whose passion for the industry and the chapter is inspiring, as she brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to the role. “NAIOP has played an enormous role in my career development” she conveyed, “and I am thrilled to serve on the board.”
Courtney Trunnell, as a Director on the San Francisco-based NorCal Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield, loves a challenge. From marketing and business development to due diligence and team operations, her day-to-day is the definition of fast-paced. “My team has nicknamed me the “quarterback” or “Swiss army knife” she said. “Every day is different, so I wear a lot of hats.”

Shreya Sinha is currently a student at Stanford studying to complete a degree in Computer Science and Classics. A member of Stanford's real estate club, she is looking to explore the field of real estate in any way she can. An avid reader and aspiring writer, Shreya finds inspiration in a wide array of works ranging from Rick Riordan to James Joyce.
On September 13-15th, the Young Professionals Group (YPG) kicked-off the 11th class with a weekend long Retreat at the Lodge at Tiburon. The class will meet monthly through July learning personal and professional development from Bay Area leaders and Pepperdine University professor, Julie Chesley.

On Wednesday, July 17th NAIOP SFBA celebrated a momentous occasion as the Young Professionals Group (YPG) program celebrated the graduation of Class 10! Among the highlights of the evening was a well-deserved congratulations to Pestiige Worldwide, comprising of Andie Bruzzone, Paul Fineman, Tucker Forbes, Storm Kylve-Underkofler, Jared Gragg, and Bianca Liu, for securing the prestigious Wayne Strom Trophy!
Stacy Skillern-Pryor is a graduate from Georgetown University with a Masters degree in Real Estate (MPRE). She also holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Interdisciplinary Professional Studies from Colorado State University and is presently a Project REAP Alumni from ULI.
Just a few days ago, Class 4 of the NAIOP SFBA Executive Development Program (NED) launched their journey with a 3-day intensive Retreat in Tiburon. During the Retreat, participants met their peers and instructors, and began their personal and professional development curriculum. Over the next six months the cohort will continue to meet, including two additional overnight retreats, three skill-building workshops, and virtual check-ins.

The Real Estate Challenge, NAIOP SFBA’s version of the Big Game, is a real estate development competition between legendary rivals Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley (Cal).
