Cal Team Wins the 33rd Annual NAIOP SFBA Cal-Stanford Real Estate Challenge

NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (NAIOP SFBA) the premiere commercial real estate development association is proud to announce that the Cal team, Axe Associates, has won the organization’s 33rd Annual Real Estate Challenge.

The Real Estate Challenge, NAIOP SFBA’s version of the Big Game, is a real estate development competition between legendary rivals Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley (Cal). The unique program is designed to give graduate students hands-on experience in real estate development.

Apply now for the ARGUS Certification Diversity Scholarship 2022

NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is offering a scholarship program for ARGUS Enterprise* Software Certification through the NAIOP Center for Education. This certification is often a required entry-level skill for commercial real estate analyst positions, particularly in asset management and acquisitions. It is our understanding that the high cost of obtaining this certification may create a barrier for otherwise qualified candidates who may not have the access or resources to obtain it.

Applications for the scholarship are accepted online. 

The deadline to apply is April 30, 2022.

Now Accepting Applications for the NED Program 2022

NAIOP SFBA has re-opened applications for the NAIOP Executive Development (NED) Program for 2022. The program will now commence in May 2022 in hopes to have lighter COVID restrictions and enhance the in-person elements of the course. The change in schedule has opened up several spots in this year’s cohort, so please apply by March 15th if you are interested in this opportunity.
