Introducing the NAIOP Executive Development (NED) Class of 2022

The NAIOP SFBA Executive Development Program (NED) has officially begun and we are excited for the second cohort to take part in this exciting new offering from our Chapter. The program kicked off in May with a 3-day intensive retreat in Berkeley, where they met fellow participants, instructors and advisors and began their journey with the personal and professional development curriculum. The cohort will meet a total of six times for a combination of retreats and skills workshops concluding in December.

Cal Team Wins the 33rd Annual NAIOP SFBA Cal-Stanford Real Estate Challenge

NAIOP San Francisco Bay Area Chapter (NAIOP SFBA) the premiere commercial real estate development association is proud to announce that the Cal team, Axe Associates, has won the organization’s 33rd Annual Real Estate Challenge.

The Real Estate Challenge, NAIOP SFBA’s version of the Big Game, is a real estate development competition between legendary rivals Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley (Cal). The unique program is designed to give graduate students hands-on experience in real estate development.
